About the Artist
A painter of light,
memory and place.
Edvard Andersson was born in Sweden and trained at Konstfack, Stockholm. His paintings emerge from a sustained attention to landscape — not as subject matter, but as emotional territory.
Each work begins with a specific quality of light: the flatness of a winter morning, the weight of an overcast sea. From there, the painting becomes less about description and more about feeling.
